Griffin Sheard brings a fresh, motivated energy to his real estate career with RE/MAX of Boulder, backed by a strong foundation in business, communication, and a lifetime connection to the world of homes. Growing up in New England with a father who was a custom home builder, Griffin developed an early appreciation for quality craftsmanship and the value of creating spaces where people truly feel at home.

After attending Plymouth State University and CU Boulder, where he studied business and communications, Griffin settled permanently in Boulder in 2010. Over the years, he has lived in Boulder, Erie, Longmont, Nederland, and Rollinsville, giving him a unique, first-hand perspective on the communities throughout Boulder and Gilpin counties.

For the past decade, Griffin has thrived as a business owner and entrepreneur. Now, as a REALTOR®, he brings the same genuine, honest, and motivated approach to helping clients with their real estate goals. His clients can count on him to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.

Outside of real estate, Griffin enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife, two kids, and their dogs. Whether he’s on a motocross bike, backcountry snowmobiling, snowboarding, golfing, or surfing, Griffin embraces adventure and brings that same enthusiasm to his work in real estate.
